Our Mission

Our focus is on developing case strategies for the future to resolve the unique challenges and problems that have developed in our local community over the past several years. We have found at best to find unique and innovative solutions to the legal issues of our community as opposed to blaming the system and other individuals for circumstances that were beyond everyone’s control.

We are optimistic as to the future of our local community as well as that of our nation in doing our small part to resolve conflicts within the existing legal framework of our modern culture it is my firm belief that we are all so very fortunate to live and work in this country due in large part to our nation’s legal system which is far in a way the best in the world.

Mr. Eric Neff

I have been a practicing attorney for the last 40 years in Crown Point Indiana. On July 4th, 1998 I open my own Law Firm which is now known as the law offices of D Eric Neff P.C. Over the course of 40 years, I have provided services for clients involved in criminal and civil litigation. In addition to trial work, my offices do a lot of real estates, estate planning, and trust and estates. I have experience in both the state and federal courts in Indiana and Illinois.

In all of my time as an attorney, I have enjoyed the practice of law. The primary reason that I enjoy the practice of law is that I am a people person. I find tremendous satisfaction in helping individuals through the quagmire of the legal process to improve the quality of life of the individuals that I have represented over the years. Many of my business clients have become my friends as well.
